Looking for your next career move? Regardless of why,  you need to have a structured plan. Below is an outline that works. However, it requires work to be successful.

I have often spoken to people looking for their next career step. They, at best, have a few ideas about “talking to recruiters” or “looking on-line”.  These channels are important. However, they are not enough, particularly for the more experienced person. It does not matter why you are looking for your next move. It could be due to redundancy, or just looking for your own next career move. This 5-point career plan will help you focus your time and energies, in the right direction.

Before starting this 5-point career plan for your next professional move, get the message right!
